Maiello Brungo & Maiello recently welcomed Krisha A. DiMascio to its team of attorneys.
She will serve as a member of both the firm's education law and municipal law practice groups, serving public school districts and educational entities as well as municipal and authority clients.
DiMascio possesses 13 years of legal experience, with 11 of those years focused on advising and representing clients in the public sector. She specializes in all student issues, especially addressing the needs of students in special education and gifted programs, as well as the implementation of student discipline.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
