City attorneys on Friday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against the City of Philadelphia and two police officers to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Kline & Specter on behalf of the estate of Virgen Martinez, a bystander who was killed during a police chase. The case is 2:22-cv-04141, Otero v. Kane et al.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
