Hinshaw & Culbertson announced that Mitchell Kurtz has joined the firm's consumer financial services practice group in the New Jersey office.
Formerly with Parker Ibrahim & Berg, Kurtz has experience representing financial services companies in complex litigation, as well as experience with products liability litigation across a range of industries.
Kurtz represents financial services companies on all aspects of litigation, and provides counseling on compliance and risk management matters. In addition, he has 20 years of experience defending industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical and health care companies in products liability litigation.
