With all the recent news focused on the classification of secret government information, it is a good time to remind employers of some of the steps they can take to address the security of confidential or proprietary information and trade. Times have, indeed, changed. Access to information has become easier. Employees are highly mobile, a fact exacerbated even more during the Great Resignation.
