Bressler, Amery & Ross announced that firm managing principal Diana C. Manning has been honored by the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ) with the Trial Bar Award.
Manning was presented with the award at the 54th Annual Trial Bar Awards on Oct. 13. She is one of only four attorneys to receive the honor in 2022.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney, Manning has developed a track record of trial verdicts and settlements. She is a trial and appellate lawyer who has participated in six matters before the New Jersey Supreme Court, including four arguments. Manning also provides attorneys and law firms of all sizes with ethics and compliance advice.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
