On Sept. 3, 2018, plaintiff Ross Plyler, 27, was a patron at a White Dog Café restaurant in Philadelphia. He was following a hostess to a table when he fell down steps leading him to the outside section. He suffered an ankle ligament tear and a fractured tooth.
