I have discovered that my client, in a deposition, gave untruthful testimony. Can I withdraw without having to correct any misconduct?

The answer is pretty straightforward, and the answer is no. A lawyer is responsible for correcting false statements made by his client in litigation or in a deposition, or in interrogatory answers. As a lawyer learns that the information presented under the lawyer’s watch was false, the lawyer has an absolute duty to correct it. Failure to correct it could result in the lawyer receiving potentially serious discipline.
