Richard J. Kravets has joined McMonagle Perri McHugh Mischak Davis as of counsel.
He will be working exclusively in the firm's criminal defense practice, expanding McMonagle Perri's work in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
Previously, Kravets served as an assistant district attorney in Bucks County, where he prosecuted hundreds of cases involving misdemeanor and felony charges. He frequently represented juveniles and victims in protection from abuse hearings. He also reviewed and approved criminal complaints, search warrants and affidavits of probable cause during police investigations.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
