Philadelphia-based lawyer Scott Diamond has been placed on temporary suspension from the Pennsylvania bar, as he awaits sentencing for allegedly defrauding his former firm, according to an Oct. 28 order from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

The Oct. 28 order came in the months after Diamond and alleged co-conspirator Jesse Cohen, a former Sacks Weston associate, pleaded guilty to counts of mail fraud and wire fraud as part of an alleged scheme to pocket $320,000 in legal fees and costs to their previous firm.
