“Zoomers” or Zoom litigators are on the rise. This number continuously soars as long as remote court proceedings continue going on as they do, and for as long as each administration of the bar exam continues to add more “Zoom-age” lawyers to the field. Zoom litigators had partially or fully remote judicial clerkships, and then went on to litigate in largely the same manner. While I and many others Zoomers are clamoring for a taste of litigating in-person, for the time being, there is some good news to share.
