A.J. Thomson, an attorney at the Law Office of Jared S. Zafran, represents the plaintiff, Michael Primavera, who is a former insurance agent of the defendant, Farmers Insurance Exchange. And Primavera sought a default judgment after struggling to obtain an answer to his complaint or an entry of appearance by Farmers.
