Following is a listing of executive and legislative action for the week of Oct. 31. Both houses of the General Assembly were in recess at press time. The state House of Representatives was set to return to session Nov. 14, subject to earlier recall by Speaker Bryan Cutler, R-Lancaster. The Pennsylvania Senate was scheduled to reconvene Nov. 15, subject to earlier recall by Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, R-Centre.

Fentanyl Testing

Gov. Tom Wolf signed into law a measure to decriminalize the possession of fentanyl test strips.
