Tucker Arensberg announced that it has recently welcomed Patrick Kukalis to the team.
Kukalis is a former federal law clerk who specializes in ERISA litigation. He served as a law clerk for Judge William S. Stickman IV. During his time as a federal law clerk, Kukalis gained hands-on experience working "behind-the-scenes," while advising and drafting various legal opinions and memoranda.
He used his law clerk experience as a catalyst to assist him in understanding the inner workings of federal procedure. Kukalis handled primarily civil cases with an emphasis on employment and ERISA matters, which allowed him to refine his legal skills in those respective areas.
