Attorneys at Dickie McCamey & Chilcote on Friday removed a product liability lawsuit against MTD Products and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Golkow Hessel on behalf of John R. Liebig, who was allegedly injured by an exploding rim on a Yard Machines MTD snow thrower. The case is 2:22-cv-04427, Liebig v. Yard Machines by MTD et al.
