Elected and Appointed

McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Michael Stoll was named co-chair of the Chester County Bar Association real estate section.

Together with MacElree Harvey land use attorney Matthew McKeon, Stoll will develop and organize programming for the section, facilitate discussions about pending and new legislation, explore developing trends in real estate and share ideas, strategies and practice tips with members.

Stoll has a background providing real estate and corporate legal counsel in various industries to achieve business goals and strategically mitigate risk. Having worked for and advised elected officials for over a decade, he is also able to provide insight on aspects of real estate law and the challenges that come from working with local municipal officials.
