Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young announced that Philadelphia partner and chair of the firm's insurance group Steven B. Davis moderated a panel at the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) National General Counsel Conference in Atlanta on Oct. 27.
Davis moderated the session, "Don't Be Spooked: Interacting With Your Insurance Department General Counsel," which included insights on regulatory matters from Gregg Conley, executive counsel at the Georgia Department of Insurance, and Gwen Fuller-McGriff, deputy director and general counsel at the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
Davis is an insurance regulatory and coverage practitioner. He helps manage the firm's insurance-related transactional, regulatory and coverage litigation engagements.
