The Pennsylvania State Senate recently confirmed Lamb McErlane chairman and managing partner Joel L. Frank for his third four-year term as a commissioner on the State Athletic Commission.
There are three commissioners on the State Athletic Commission, which oversees boxing, mixed martial arts, kick-boxing and wrestling of professionals and amateurs throughout the commonwealth.
At Lamb McErlane, Frank concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts, attorney and judicial discipline and ethical matters, as well as election law. He also provides counseling to a number of corporate clients and often serves as an arbitrator and mediator.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
