Elected and Appointed
Attorney Daniel J. Siegel has been elected as secretary of the American Bar Association law practice division for 2022-2023.
He is then set to serve as vice chair and chair-elect before serving as chair of the division from 2025-2026.
The division assists lawyers and legal professionals with the business of practicing law: marketing, management, technology and finance. With more than 25,000 members, the division is larger than most state and local bar associations, and publishes magazines and books, sponsors continuing legal education programs, and offers a wide range of resources to assist every lawyer with improving their practices.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
