Patricia Hamill, partner with Conrad O’Brien, is scheduled to serve as a panelist during a discussion being held at Rutgers Law School on Wednesday, titled “Title IX Updates & The Impact of Dobbs.”

The panel discussion is set to focus on the proposed Title IX regulations regarding institutions’ obligations to respond appropriately and effectively to complaints of sex discrimination, Title IX’s protection of pregnant students and the impact of the Dobbs decision on women, students and institutions that are responsible for providing services to them.
