Cause of Rotator Cuff Tear Disputed in Auto Accident Case
On Oct. 31, 2011, plaintiff Jennifer Weller, 46, an office worker, was driving on West Huller Lane, toward its intersection with State Route 61, in Ontelaunee Township. As Weller entered the intersection, the driver's side of her sedan was struck by the front of a vehicle. Weller claimed a shoulder injury.
