A Lebanon, Pennsylvania, doctor has agreed to pay $86,506 to settle a False Claims Act-based lawsuit that alleged he gave patients the COVID-19 vaccine, without doing more, and then billed Medicare for services that were not supported by the medical record.

Dr. Musaddiq Nazeeri has settled the suit brought by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
