Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner has turned to the Commonwealth Court to fight off the GOP-backed attempt to remove him from office.
Late Friday afternoon, Krasner filed a complaint for declaratory judgment against Interim Pennsylvania Senate President Pro Tempore Kim Ward, R-Westmoreland, and impeachment managers Reps. Craig Williams, R-Delaware; Tim Bonner, R-Mercer; and Jared Solomon, D-Philadelphia.
