Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner has become the third person in Pennsylvania history to be impeached.

Citing “misbehavior in office,” the Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted to impeach the city’s top law enforcement official in mid-November. Krasner opponents will need to obtain a two-thirds majority of senators to remove the top prosecutor from office.
