Bed Bath & Beyond was hit with a digital privacy class action on Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, brought by Marcus Zelman, accuses the defendant of violating the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act through its use of 'session replay' software to intercept and record the communications and keystrokes of website visitors. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-04567, Munday v. Bed Bath & Beyond Inc.
