Attorneys Susanna Bagdasarova and Joseph A. Pope recently joined law firm Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir in its Pittsburgh office.
Bagdasarova joins the corporate and commercial and emerging technologies groups as an associate. She represents business clients in connection with a broad range of general corporate and commercial law matters, including entity formation, corporate structuring, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the technology sector.
Prior to joining Babst Calland, Bagdasarova was an associate with Jones Day.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
