Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath announced the promotion of 26 attorneys to the firm's partnership, effective Jan. 1, including six based in the firm's Philadelphia office: Reuben Asia, Amelia Brett, Steven Brogan, Kaili Janus, Vanessa Tabler and John Yi.
Asia has experience handling a range of real estate-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing transactions in a variety of asset classes. He additionally advises clients on a range of zoning-related matters in the City of Philadelphia, helping them through the permitting, approvals, appeals and violation resolution processes.
Brett advises private and public companies, private equity funds, and their portfolio companies in a range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, entity formations, and associated corporate governance, as well as with day-to-day general corporate matters.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
