International law firm Clark Hill announced that Kevin Dooley Kent has joined the firm as a member in the litigation practice.
Kent joins from Philadelphia-based Conrad O'Brien where he was a shareholder.
He will co-lead the firm's transatlantic strategy with Jarrod Duffy, member and co-chair of Clark Hill's corporate practice group, and Sam Saarsteiner, member with the firm's Dublin office.
