The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania disbarred a former prosecutor on consent last week after she previously pleaded guilty to attempting to sell methamphetamine.

The high court’s decision to disbar Morton attorney Jacqueline Gruhler, 43, came after the New Jersey Supreme Court ordered her disbarment her in May 2022 based on her guilty plea to third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.
