On June 2, 2017, plaintiff Neil Gold, 52, an insurance broker, was driving in stop-and-go traffic on 2nd Street, near its intersection with Street Road in Upper Southampton Township. The rear of his sport utility vehicle was struck by a trailing sedan driven by Isaac Grazian. Gold claimed neck injuries.
