Apple was hit with a privacy class action Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court alleging that the technology company continues to record and track user activity even after consumers change their device settings to prevent sharing of data. The suit, which follows numerous media reports, is backed by Ahdoot & Wolfson; Pollock Cohen LLP and Shub Law Firm. Counsel have not yet appeared for Apple. The case is 2:23-cv-00070, Serrano v. Apple Inc.
