Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby announced the promotion of Frederick W. Brown to partner, effective Jan. 1.
Brown is a member of the firm's general liability practice group and based in the Philadelphia office. Brown focuses his practice on handling litigation cases involving serious injuries with multiple defendants that occur at construction sites and complex contractual indemnity claims amongst the defendants.
He defends clients in general liability, complex mass torts, and toxic torts matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
