Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender announced the expansion of its environmental law practice group with the addition of Jack McDermott and two associates, Lauren Krohn and Melissa Malik.
McDermott specializes in complex environmental litigation, products liability claims, and toxic torts.
He has nearly two decades of experience representing companies in the petroleum, chemical, and other industries in a range of matters, including the pursuit and defense of claims for environmental cleanup costs, natural resource damages, and all forms of economic, property and personal injury damages.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
