The Philadelphia office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon has a new leader, effective Jan. 1: Erin Leffler was promoted to office managing partner, succeeding partner Sean Wajert in the role.
Wajert will resume serving clients full-time.
Leffler focuses her practice on products liability defense and complex commercial litigation. She represents a variety of national, regional and local businesses in commercial litigation matters involving business torts, contract disputes, labor and employment matters, data privacy concerns and commercial real estate disputes.
