Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg announced that Leonard B. Altieri III, an associate in the real estate and finance department, has been unanimously reelected as chairman of the Newtown Township board of supervisors.
Altieri became the youngest supervisor in Newtown Township history when first elected in 2019 and the youngest chairman when elevated to that position in 2022. Newtown Township, located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, is governed by a five-member elected board of supervisors.
The board of supervisors is charged with the general governance of the township and the execution of legislative, executive and administrative powers to ensure sound fiscal management and to secure the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the Township.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
