A number of attorneys and staff from the Philadelphia-based law firm Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci gathered on Jan. 16 to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through a day of service.
The group took part in a cleanup of the Wissahickon Valley Park in Northwest Philadelphia, a vital watershed and recreational space for the city. There, the volunteers took up their trash pickers and went to work cleaning up some of the park's most littered areas.
The activity was sponsored by the nonprofit Friends of the Wissahickon, which is committed to the maintenance and upkeep of the park.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
