Defense: Plaintiff's Failure to Yield Caused Accident
On March 15, 2018, plaintiff Craig Czaplinski, a radiologist in his early 50s, was driving on Route 23/Ridge Road in Elverson. The front of his sedan struck the passenger's side rear quarter panel of a sedan driven by Rachel Palmer. Czaplinski claimed a fractured knee, a torn meniscus and a wrist injury.
