Intellectual property law firm Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel announced that Yang "Young" Wang has joined the firm's Philadelphia office as an associate.
A technology transfer attorney with a life sciences background, Wang will focus his practice on patent procurement, IP litigation and enforcement, counseling and licensing and monetization. Wang comes to the firm with experience in a variety of IP legal matters.
As an associate at Cooley, he drafted and negotiated intellectual property and technology licenses as well as commercial agreements for public and private life sciences enterprises. He also performed IP due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers.
