Apple was hit with a digital privacy class action on Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, brought by Bursor & Fisher and Boni Zack & Snyder, accuses Apple of continuing to record and track user activity even after consumers change their device settings to prevent data sharing. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-00350, Sgro v. Apple Inc.
