Post & Schell announced that Mark L. Mattioli has rejoined the firm as a principal in its health care practice group, resident in the firm's Philadelphia office.
Mattioli has spent his more than 30-year legal career counseling and defending national health care entities in transactional, regulatory and litigation matters.
This includes antitrust, False Claims Act, health care reform, managed care contracting, reimbursement, fraud and abuse (Stark and anti-kickback), health information privacy and security, medical staff credentialing, licensing, change of ownership and payer audits.
