Global law firm Dentons recently announced that Audrey Kwak has joined the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice as a shareholder in the Pittsburgh office of Dentons Cohen & Grigsby.
Kwak brings more than 15 years of commercial litigation experience, including complex business, intellectual property and construction disputes. Kwak prosecutes and defends trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition claims, breach of contract disputes and trademark and copyright infringement claims.
In her construction practice, she handles matters relating to procurement, project management, nonpayment, delay, mechanics' liens and defective work. She also counsels business clients on compliance issues and how to prevent disputes in commercial contract and intellectual property matters.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
