Eastburn and Gray announced that Jean M. Keeler joined the law firm, effective Jan. 1.
Keeler is an attorney in the firm's business and corporate law practice where she will work from the firm's Doylestown and Bethlehem offices.
Prior to joining the firm, Keeler spent close to 25 years working in the health care industry where she served in various leadership positions. Initially, she was the senior vice president and general counsel of Grand View Health where she provided leadership and oversight for all legal affairs of the health system, including serving as the legal adviser to the board of trustees, as well as to the executive, administrative and clinical department leaders.
