On March 12, 2017, plaintiff Anthony Craig, in his mid-50s, was bitten in the right calf and ankle by a pit bull terrier in Chester. The dog was owned by Craig's neighbor, Arthur Allen, who rented the neighboring property from Elizabeth Johnson and Demetrios Church.
