Lamb McErlane announced that partner Maureen M. McBride was recently a panelist for the program, "Pennsylvania Appellate Courts: An Inside Look," at the Pennsylvania Bar Association's (PBA) 2023 midyear meeting.
McBride joined a panel of appellate judges, giving an inside look into how the Pennsylvania courts decide cases and details on the appellate process.
At Lamb McErlane, McBride is co-chair of the appellate department and member of the firm's litigation department and the firm's executive committee. She concentrates her practice on appellate law and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
