Barley Snyder announced that retired Judge Stephen P. Linebaugh has been admitted to the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) panel of mediators.
The AAA is a not-for-profit organization and the world’s largest provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Members of the AAA panel of mediators must meet certain criteria including a minimum of 10 years of senior-level professional experience as well as certain mediator training and experience.
