Barley Snyder recently announced the promotion of Dorothy L. Rund to chief operating officer.
Rund has been with the firm for nearly 30 years and previously served as the chief administrative officer. She will continue to work with the firm's management committee and execute other initiatives to shape the overall operations of the firm.
Rund has been a member of the Association of Legal Administration for over 30 years and previously served as a mentor for the Lancaster chamber's mentorship program.
