Running as both Democrat and Republican, Ryan has been the Chester County District Attorney since 2020, and served in the prosecutors office for more than a decade before assuming her current role.
Before becoming an attorney, Maddox served as a State Trooper, and has spent time as a public defender, assistant county solicitor, child advocate attorney, and private attorney. She is running on both the Republican and Democratic tickets.
Former Democratic state Rep. Howard's previous roles include serving as a child abuse investigator with the Chester County department of children and family services and an auditor of magisterial district judge offices.
An attorney at Siana Law, Rongaus has previously worked as a deputy chief counsel for the Pennsylvania State Police, and as a chief deputy attorney general. He is running as both a Democrat and Republican.
David Black
With more than eighteen years of practice in commercial law and civil litigation, Black, who is running as both Democrat and Republican, is currently a shareholder at Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco.
Donald Kohler Jr.
Kohler, who is running on both the Democratic and Republican tickets, worked as both prosecutor and public defender early in his career, and has been practicing for more than 25 years. Currently he is a general practitioner.
Forzato is currently on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas and is now running for a full 10 year term. After her appointment to the court, Forzato served as the first female Chester County solicitor. Prior to her time with the court, she worked as a prosecutor, both as assistant district attorney and senior deputy attorney general.
Louis Mincarelli
Mincarelli currently serves as a judge on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas, where he was nominated by Gov. Tom Wolf, according to his campaign website. He is running as both a Democrat and Republican.
Simmons is the elected magisterial district judge for Uwchlan, Upper Uwchlan, West Pikeland, and East Caln townships. As an attorney she has over a decade of legal experience, currently working as an associate general counsel for a commercial real estate company.
PJ Redmond
Redmond is currently the Public Defender for Chester County, where he has spent three decades working as a private attorney. Redmond is running on both the Democratic and Republican tickets.
McCabe currently works as a private lawyer, handling civil litigation matters. McCabe has also worked as an assistant public defender in Chester County, and was selected by the president judge of Chester County's Court of Common Pleas to be a private practitioner on the conflict counsel list.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
