Battista, a Republican, is vice president for federal and state contracts with The Judge Group, a staffing agency and IT consulting firm. She has also held positions in the Department of Defense and Pennsylvania departments of health and state. The Pennsylvania Bar Association rated Battista not recommended for failure to participate.

Beck, a Democrat, was a civil litigator with Blank Rome, where she led several pro bono initiatives. She is highly recommended by the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Dugan is the current President Judge of the Philadelphia Municipal Court, which he was elected to in 2019, after being appointed to the bench in 2007 and retained in 2015. Dugan is also a  U.S. Army veteran. Dugan received a not recommended rating from the Pennsylvania Bar Association for failure to participate.

Lane, a Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge, has been on the bench for nearly a decade, and has a wide breadth of legal experience both on and off the bench. Smail, a Republican, serves as judge in the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas. He is recommended by the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has a background in criminal and family law.
