National law firm Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott continues the growth of its Philadelphia office with the arrival of associate Joshua A.M. Boyle in the intellectual property practice.

He joins Eckert Seamans from Boudwin Intellectual Property Law.

Boyle advises clients on trademark, copyright, patent, and business formation matters, including drafting and prosecuting trademark applications; representing clients in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings; drafting and prosecuting utility and design patent applications; negotiating license and assignment agreements; and conducting infringement analyses and freedom to operate opinions.
