Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin announced that Lisa A. Shearman has advanced to the position of president-elect of the Montgomery Bar Association.
Shearman, a fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, is a trust and estates and business lawyer.
She has over 30 years of experience advising and implementing simple to sophisticated estate plans for clients with a special focus on business continuity, succession, the reduction of estate taxes and preservation of wealth.
