Spirit Airlines was hit with a digital accessibility lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Western District Court over alleged violations of the ADA. The lawsuit, filed by attorney Lawrence Fisher, contends that Spirit Airlines' app and website denies full access to blind and visually impaired customers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00063, Murphy v. Spirit Airlines, Inc.
